Kulttuurikameleontit ry is a politically and religiously independent non-governmental association founded in 2003.

 

Kulttuurikameleontit ry

  • promotes intercultural dialogue
  • distributes fact-based information about multiculturalism
  • increases multicultural wellbeing in Finland

The association offers expert knowledge of the specific characteristics of multiculturalism.

The association supports the identity building of ethnic minorities and other cultural groups and prevents cultural marginalization.

The association carries out development co-operation in support of gender equality and women's and girls' social inclusion.

 

Kulttuurikameleontit ry is 

  • a member organization of the Service Centre for Development Cooperation, KEPA
  • a member of the global education network by the Service Centre for Development Cooperation, KEPA
  • a founding member of RASMUS, a national network of actors opposing racism and xenophobia and promoting multiculturalism and human rights
  • a member of the multicultural network community MONIMOS

The official languages of Kulttuurikameleontit ry are Finnish and English.
